Metal foil

African artists have explored plastography, metal foil deep etching, metal foil relief print, and other metal foil techniques. All these techniques revolve around the engraving drawings and images on metal sheets. The experimental Nigerian artist, Bruce Onobrakpeya, was a pioneer in the use of these techniques.
