Born on May 17th, 1984, Daniel Ajayi is the CEO of Danpencil Art Gallery located at Lufasi Nature Park, Majek First Gate, Lekki Epe Express Way, Lagos. He studied Fine and Applied Arts at the Federal University of Education, Osiele, Abeokuta, and Ekiti State University where he acquired a Bachelor of Arts degree in art. He participated in many group exhibitions before and after leaving the school, one of the most recent ones was titled Tales From Within.
Daniel is an educationist and impressionist who has taught young growing artists both in schools and private organizations. He has developed different techniques involving different art mediums, one of which is his use of Sequence Beads as a medium that stands out.
Awards
Daniel Ajayi won the 2018 and 2019 Adire Prestige Award under the influence of Prince Yemisi Shyllon and Otunba Komolafe Omotund.
