Tagsmart Certificates are printed on high-quality, 270gsm archival paper and packed in protective envelopes.

The physical certificate is linked to a digital record that can be accessed by scanning the QR code or going to the Public Search in Tagsmart and enter the name of the artist or artwork. Even if you lose your original certification you will always be able to request a new one through your Tagsmart account or to Aworanka. When an order is placed, Aworanka informs the gallery, who ships the piece to Aworanka's headquarters. Aworanka authenticates the artwork and verifies the product details and conditions of the piece.

Then Aworanka ships the artwork to the buyer. Currently, this process takes around five days.
