CHINEZIM MOGHALU
Chinezim Moghalu was born in 1992, in Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria. He is a Lagos based contemporary artist working across multidisciplinary media that include painting, drawing, photography, collage, sculpture, and printmaking. His work examines, explores, interrogates, and accentuates post-colonialism and its antecedent multifaceted realities, especially as regards religion and class with a focus on the African continent and the global South. Chinezim obtained a Bachelors of Arts degree in Fine and Applied Arts from the University of Benin, Nigeria, he graduated in 2016.
