PADDY OBINNA
Born March 13, 1944 in Aba, Abia State, Paddy Joseph Obinna is an Artist, a Poet, Filmmaker, Carnival and Entertainment Consultant and the Special Adviser to the Imo State Government on Arts and Culture. He got a Diploma in Arts from the School of Careers, London and a Diploma in Printing from an institution in Germany. He worked as an executive in various printing and graphics companies in Aba and Owerri. He currently lives in Owerri.
