MOSES AFESO

Afeso Moses Monday hails from a beautiful rocky village called Ososo in the northern part of Edo State, Akoko Edo Local Government Area to be precise. He graduated from The Federal Polytechnic, Auchi, Edo State, Nigeria with a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Sculpture in 2002. He was an Art Instructor at the Department of Fine Art, Federal College of Education, Yola, Adamawa State,  as a Youth Corper from 2003 to 2004. Afeso obtained a Certificate in   German Language  from  Goethe  Institute, Ikoyi, Lagos in 2009. In 2010 he proceeded for his Masters degree in Fine Art (MFA) Sculpture at the University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria. He has participated in several high profile commissions, exhibitions and initiatives works are in private collections in Nigeria, USA, Scotland, UK, Germany  and has featured in several group exhibitions and workshops.
