KESA BABATUNDE
Born in Lagos, Kesa Babatunde is a popular Nigerian artist who is celebrated for his creativity. He is a graduate of Federal Polytechnic, Auchu, with a distinction in Painting (HND), and had the best HND 2014 graduating result in Painting. Kesa successfully completed a six-week fellowship residency program with OYASAF from the 2nd January, 2015 to 16th February, 2015. Babatunde Kesa is a passionate artist significantly influenced by artworks of colorists and abstract expressionists. Inspired by his immediate environment, life, thoughts, and experience, Kesa seeks to educate viewers on the culture, drama of people, places, lives and issues that affect the society. from their unconscious state of mind to a conscious state, through his art works.
